admitted carrier to insure private passenger automobiles. The company
is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Med James, Inc., a Managing General Agency and
Wholesaler located in Overland Park, Kansas.

Med James, Inc. has been providing dependable products and excellent service to its
private passenger automobile policyholders since 1991 while operating as a
Managing General Agency writing through fronting carriers. The establishment of
Key Insurance Company completes our evolution to a linear organization, which
includes a field marketing staff, a dedicated in-house information technologies
department and specialized claims services required to operate profitably in this class.

Key Insurance Company is licensed in Kansas, Oklahoma, Nevada and Arizona with
plans for near future expansion.
